Q: How much is shipping?

A: Shipping/handling is based off the quantity in your cart.

 

Q: I didnt receive my package but the tracking # says it was delivered?

A: D'Zirable is NOT responsible for items that may have been picked up or stolen from your home unless otherwise determine by the owner. 

 

Q: Will my order be shipped the same business day?

A: ALL orders are shipped 3 to 5 business days after payment has been received? No orders are shipped after 5pm on Friday. Orders will be shipped the following business day. No orders are shipped on the holidays.

 

In order to process your order smoothly, we strongly recommend you to use the same address for your shipping address and billing address. Otherwise, your order will be delayed for further verification. An email will be sent to you when your order has been shipped.

 

Q: How long does it take for my products to arrive?
A: Please allow 4-10 business days for all products to arrive. Some products may arrive earlier depends on the state you reside at. We are currently not offering international orders at this time. This may subject to change at even given time.
